We plan every trip personally, from first conversation through departure day, using supplier relationships and destination knowledge that no booking engine can replicate.

Every booking is TICO-protected under Ontario's Travel Industry Act. Your deposits are safeguarded — and you have someone who picks up the phone when things go sideways.

Fill out our planning form. Tell us who's travelling, when, and the kind of experience you're after. No commitment required.
We have a real conversation
We connect by phone or email to understand your travel style, budget range, past trips, must-haves, and dealbreakers. This is where we get to know you.
We research and build your proposal
Using our supplier relationships and destination knowledge, we put together a custom itinerary with pricing. Not a generic package — built specifically for you.
We refine it until it's right
You review the proposal, we adjust. Different hotel, shorter stay, add an excursion — we work the details until the itinerary feels exactly right.
You travel. We're on call.
Once booked, we handle confirmations, documents, and final details. If anything comes up before or during your trip, you have a real person to call.
